Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
Due diligence for real estate transactions. These assessments are research and
reconnaissance based, and are designed to identify the most likely sources of significant
contamination (if any) from existing or historical on- or off-site sources.
Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
Also referred to as subsurface soil and groundwater investigations, this is often the second
phase in the real estate due diligence process if suspicious features are identified during a
Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. However, when contamination conditions are already
suspected or known to exist, the Phase II environmental assessment may be performed either
without or concurrently with a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment..
Groundwater Monitoring and Testing
Anton Geological offers a broad range of groundwater services, from well location and installation
to the design and execution of groundwater monitoring and testing programs.
Underground Storage Tank Investigations
