- Your name and contact information (including telephone number)
- The name and contact information of the company for which you would
like a written proposal addressed to (if different)
- The site address(es), parcel number(s), approximate total size (in
acres), and/or any other identifying information about the property
- A brief description of what is currently on the property and what the site
is used for (e.g. "warehouse for food products")
- A description of on-site contamination conditions (if any are known or
suspected)
- Your desired report delivery date. Normally, Phase I environmental
assessments take two to three weeks to complete. However, we attempt
to accommodate rush requests as permitted by our current schedule.
- You may attach document files (such as Word, Adobe, JPG or TIFF
images) to aid in your property description
